The position of Vice President Sales requires a professional who has a solid background in running a small but progressive sales team.
As Vice President you will be responsible for the sales and operating profit of this multifaceted division within Canada. You will be responsible for sales strategies and related functions that result in increased market share.
In this role you will take on the leadership of the Sales Division along with having direct responsibility for the technical division. In this role there are many new and existing markets to explore. Your key responsibility will be to develop channels of distribution along with working closely with end users.
Every market has its own challenges and with challenges comes opportunities to grow and develop team members through collaboration and team work. You will be responsible for the profitability and growth of all revenue sides of the business but this can only be achieved with a 100% effort from all team members. You will have a keen eye for talent and have the ability to mold and shape your team for the next stage of growth.
As the leader in this division you will have a strong understanding of numbers and be comfortable in senior management meetings where budgets and financial statements are regularly reviewed and discussed. You must be able to not only read a financial statement but also make solid business decisions from what you obtain from the financial numbers.
