This is more than a job description meeting but rather a critical discovery phase for designing Simulation Assessments and developing the Search strategy.
Executive Search Strategy (If required)
The Hire Results Ltd team will review the PI meeting notes and design the most efficient and effective activities required to approach the highest-level candidates for the open role.
Hiring Simulation Assessment® development
Hire Results Ltd team develops a draft of Hiring Simulation Assessments® that best reflects critical activities that the successful candidate must execute at the highest level. Draft is reviewed, modified and approved by hiring team.
Sourcing and approaching candidates
Hire Results Ltd database, networking contacts, market analysis, LinkedIn and other social networks are used in the sourcing strategy. The Hiring Simulation Assessment® process is used as a recruitment tool to assist passive candidates in managing their risk.
