Hire Results Ltd database, networking contacts, market analysis, LinkedIn and other social networks are used in the sourcing strategy. The Hiring Simulation Assessment® process is used as a recruitment tool to assist passive candidates in managing their risk. The Hire Results Ltd team professionally and confidentially seek out candidates to qualify the potential targets and identifying whether they are suitable for the role.
The Hire Results Ltd team, with the assistance of the client hiring team will narrow candidate list down for Hiring Simulation Assessment® process.
This risk management phase differentiates Hire Results Ltd from all other Search firms. Short listed candidates and hiring teams are guided through highly interactive activities to engage candidates and teams in simulation activities.
Throughout the Hiring Simulation Assessment® process, hiring teams and candidates use Hire Results Ltd proprietary competency based online scorecard to assist in hiring decisions.
In-depth referencing is conducted by the Hire Results Ltd team on final candidate and presented in decision making format.
Hire Results Ltd will work with the hiring team to ensure an offer is formatted to meet both the company and candidate's expectations. Hire Results Ltd will finalize signed offer and ensure smooth onboarding of successful candidate.

The Search and Hiring Simulation Assessment® process is changing the way hiring teams are attracting and making smart hiring decisions.
Craig is author of the book "My Worst Hire & What I Learned From It" and speaks with hiring teams on how to manage their risk when making hiring decisions.

Paul has extensive experience in engineering, sales and market development within the energy industry with various multinational corporations.
Since 2005, Paul has leveraged his corporate experience into the Human Capital marketplace as a specialist in recruiting business professionals – engineering, environmental, energy, manufacturing, and other key market sectors – from mid-level management to executive.
Paul speaks regularly at industry events on Search and Hiring Simulation Assessment topics.

For over twenty-five years, Paul Rene has continuously improved his knowledge and skills, in the art of hiring key performers. One of Paul Rene’s areas of expertise has been in the pharmaceutical industry managing several sales and marketing teams across Canada.
