Paul Vassilou - Sr. Partner
As part of the senior management team at Hire Results Ltd, Paul has extensive experience in engineering, sales and market development within the energy industry with various multinational corporations.
Since 2005, Paul has leveraged his corporate experience into the Human Capital marketplace as a specialist in recruiting business professionals – engineering, environmental, energy, manufacturing, and other key market sectors – from mid-level management to executive.
Paul speaks regularly at industry events on Search and Hiring Simulation Assessment topics.
Graeme Bissett - Vice President
Graeme brings more than 15 years of experience leading high-performing marketing, sales, and brand teams across multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has seen firsthand how the right talent can transform a team and accelerate organizational growth, a belief that ultimately led him into the recruitment and talent-assessment space.
As Vice President at Hire Results Ltd., Graeme helps organizations reduce hiring risk and gain deeper insight through the firm’s Hiring Simulation Assessment® process. He works closely with senior leaders to design and deliver real-world simulations that reveal how candidates think, collaborate, and execute before a hiring decision is made.
Graeme’s background includes leadership roles with global brands and high-growth companies such as Makeship and Basic Fun!, where he guided teams, managed international markets, and partnered with major retailers and licensors. His cross-industry experience allows him to understand diverse business challenges and support clients in identifying talent that can drive meaningful results.
He is also a Founding Partner of Simtific, an organization focused on advancing business growth and decision-making through simulation-based learning.
Graeme serves as Chair of the Board of the Canadian Toy Association and holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
