Craig Bissett - Founder & President Hire Results Ltd
Craig founded Hire Results Ltd in 2002 and has worked extensively with senior management teams throughout North America.. He has been a partner in three Human Capital firms in Canada during his career.
Craig's original vision for Hire Results Ltd. was to be a Hiring Simulation Assessment® company, however, the demand to add Search to the business was driven by the demand of the marketplace. The Search and Hiring Simulation Assessment® process is changing the way hiring teams are attracting and making smart hiring decisions.
Craig is author of the book "My Worst Hire & What I Learned From It" and speaks with hiring teams on how to manage their risk when making hiring decisions.

Paul Vassilou - Sr. Partner
Paul has extensive experience in engineering, sales and market development within the energy industry with various multinational corporations.
Since 2005, Paul has leveraged his corporate experience into the Human Capital marketplace as a specialist in recruiting business professionals – engineering, environmental, energy, manufacturing, and other key market sectors – from mid-level management to executive.
Paul speaks regularly at industry events on Search and Hiring Simulation Assessment topics.

He speaks to groups on the topic of Human Capital Risk Management and the paradigm shift in seeing candidates in action before you hire them. Ed has experience with projects involving various disciplines from individual contributors, mid to upper management including CEO level positions.

As a business owner in different parts of Africa, Middle East and now North America, Gary understand the need for getting the hire right the first time. Gary has over 22 years of marketing, management and sales experience in start-ups and fast growing businesses. He relates well with owners and hiring teams and has a keen eye for the attributes for talented business professionals.

Paul Rene joined Hire Results Ltd in 2017 in the capacity of Sr. Partner. He is passionately committed to the mission of improving the quality of life and optimizing corporate results with businesses in all markets.
For over twenty-five years, Paul Rene has continuously improved his knowledge and skills, in the art of hiring key performers. One of Paul Rene’s areas of expertise has been in the pharmaceutical industry managing several sales and marketing teams across Canada.
He has his B.Sc. Biochemistry from McGill University in Montreal, Canada

Alan brings to the Hire Results Ltd team and its client’s a vast array of business leadership, senior management insight and experience. From his role as President of the Board - CIUSSS [Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux] West-Central-Montreal, Chairman of the Board, Quickmill Inc., Vice President of the YPO [Young Presidents’ Organization], ownership in one of Canada’s largest transport companies (Maislin Industries Ltd) and a family affiliation with the Club de hockey Canadien and the Montreal Expos, the Hire Results Ltd team is pleased to have Alan Maislin as a business advisor to its leadership team.
