Search Methodology

The Hire Results Ltd Search methodology is centered around client / candidate transparency. 

Hire Results Ltd will follow these steps when working with its valued clients and candidates: 

Performance Indicator (PI) meeting with hiring team

This is more than a job description meeting but rather a critical discovery phase for designing Simulation Assessments and developing the Search strategy.  

Search Strategy

The Hire Results Ltd team will review the PI meeting notes and design the most efficient and effective activities required to approach the highest-level candidates for the open role.

Hiring Simulation Assessment® development

Hire Results Ltd team develops a draft of Hiring Simulation Assessments® that best reflects critical activities that the successful candidate must execute at the highest level. Draft is reviewed, modified and approved by hiring team. 

Sourcing and approaching candidates

 Hire Results Ltd database, networking contacts, market analysis, LinkedIn and other social networks are used in the sourcing strategy. The Hiring Simulation Assessment® process is used as a recruitment tool to assist passive candidates in managing their risk. The Hire Results Ltd team professionally and confidentially seek out candidates to qualify the potential targets and identifying whether they are suitable for the role. 

Short listing candidates

The Hire Results Ltd team, with the assistance of the client hiring team will narrow candidate list down for Hiring Simulation Assessment® process.

Hiring Simulation Assessments®

This risk management phase differentiates Hire Results Ltd from all other Search firms. Short listed candidates and hiring teams are guided through highly interactive activities to engage candidates and teams in simulation activities.

Scoring used for logical hiring

Throughout the Hiring Simulation Assessment® process, hiring teams and candidates use Hire Results Ltd proprietary competency based online scorecard to assist in hiring decisions. 

References on final candidate

In-depth referencing is conducted by the Hire Results Ltd team on final candidate and presented in decision making format. 

Offer and acceptance by candidate

Hire Results Ltd will work with the hiring team to ensure an offer is formatted to meet both the company and candidate's expectations. Hire Results Ltd will finalize signed offer and ensure smooth onboarding of successful candidate.
